As many details as possible :) Let us know exact delivery and pick up times, where to park, who to contact upon arrival, and any other information you think we should know. Please make sure there is a power source near the set up location and adequate power (we provide all extension cords and power strips).

We plan on most events being 8 hours or less. If your event is longer let us know and we can give an accurate quote.

We have $2,000,000 in coverage with $1,000,000 in liability and and additional $1,000,000 umbrella policy. We can supply additional insured certificates, but do ask that you request at least a week prior to your event.

Yes! Most of our classic games are nearly 30 years old! We have scoured the country to find collectors games that have been well taken care of. Sometimes we do have to add new parts but we strive to keep them as original as possible. All of the monitors on our stand up classics are original - no LCD screens. It costs us alot of money and takes a lot of time to keep them running but the look and feel of an original 80's game cannot be beat!

We plan on games being unloaded at ground level – if your venue requires us to use a loading dock please let us know.

While highly unusual, games can have issues. If a game should malfunctions mid-event we will refund all or a portion of the rental fee (not delivery) for whichever game has an issue.
